How to Upload a Website

To upload files to your Shared hosting account, use FTP SSL.

You need to use an FTP program and we like FileZilla, a free FTP SSL client that runs on Windows, OSX, Linux and more.

Here are the details needed to access your LFC account via FTP SSL, we do use Require explicit FTP over TLS:

Host Address: ftps.gdom.net (When using FileZilla quick connect, use host ftpes://ftps.gdom.net)
Username: your FTP username
Password: your FTP password

To set up an FTP account, click on FTP in the shared hosting control panel. Click on Add and follow the wizard by creating a username and password. Then selecting which domain this FTP account is for.
